Description/Significance

JBS served as Owner’s Representative for the 60 Thompson Hotel. This project was new construction that ran eighteen months. The hotel construction consisted of one hundred rooms, including suites and a duplex penthouse with private roof garden, which has stunning 360-degree views of the city.

JBS worked with the Pomeranc Group as their Owner’s Representative to coordinate all aspects of design, construction and move-in of the hotel.

This hotel is located in on Thompson Street, between Spring and Broome Streets in SoHo, one block from West Broadway, within walking distance of Greenwich Village and near numerous museums and art galleries.
