Additional Services:

  • Provide regular cost accounting and reporting as required by the funding institution (with input from others as required).
  • Establish and maintain project checking account(s) into which Owner shall fund the approved amount of Project Manager’s monthly draw package. For such account, Project Manager shall make approved payments and maintain current records of the account showing all items paid from such account.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date construction cost accounting system. Include costs of contracts, direct purchased materials, and other appropriate items.
  • Coordination and implementation of environmental work plans, tax abatement actions, condominium conversion plans and sales and marketing plans.
  • Coordinate performance of corrective and warranty work.
